Difference Between Epsom Salt and Rock Salt
Epsom Salt: Chemically magnesium sulfate, colorless or white crystals, bitter taste, highly soluble in water.
Rock Salt: Chemically sodium chloride, cubic crystals, salty taste, less soluble in cold water, commonly used as table salt after processing and iodization.
1. Clean Sink Drains
Pour ½ cup of Epsom salt into the drain.
Follow with hot water to flush away residues.
2. Clean Showerheads
Dissolve 1 tbsp Epsom salt + 1 tbsp citric acid (or ¾ cup lemon juice) in 1 cup warm water.
