Healthy Roasted Milk & Oat Dessert for Dieting

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup quick oats, ground

  • 1 cup powdered milk, roasted

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp honey (or Stevia sugar)

  • A pinch of vanilla (optional)

  • Berries, for garnish

  • Nuts, crushed (almonds or walnuts, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the ground oats, roasted powdered milk, honey or Stevia, and almond milk until well combined.

  2. Microwave for 1½ minutes, or until the mixture slightly thickens.

  3. Stir if needed, then garnish with berries and crushed nuts as desired.
