Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs (at room temperature)
200 g sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/4 cup hot water
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour, or line it with parchment paper.
Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water and set aside to cool slightly.
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and brown sugar with the condensed milk and vanilla until well combined.
Add the melted butter, dissolved coffee, and milk, then mix well.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add them to the mixture, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Decorate with cream if desired, then slice and serve.
