Shrimp Noodles Recipe

A quick, delicious dish that combines light Asian flavors with high nutritional value. Shrimp noodles are easy to prepare and full of taste, making them a perfect choice for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of noodles

  • 500 g peeled shrimp

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

  3. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add the shrimp and stir until it changes color.

  5. Add the carrot and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2 minutes.

  6. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, then pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well.

  7. Add the noodles and toss until they are fully coated in the sauce. Season with black pepper.

  8. Serve hot on a plate, garnished with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
