Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the Meat Mixture:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, and lamb fat (if using). -
Season the Mixture:
Add cumin, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. -
Add Lemon and Oil:
Pour lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil over the mixture and mix thoroughly to distribute flavors evenly. -
Shape the Kofta:
Form the mixture into medium-sized fingers or logs of equal size. Optionally, thread them onto wooden skewers for grilling. -
Grill the Kofta:
Preheat the charcoal grill to medium heat. Place the kofta fingers on the hot grill.
Turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning. -
Cook Until Done:
