Whipped Cream Coffee

Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whipped cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1½ cups hot coffee

Method:

  1. Whip the cream until frothy, then mix in the powdered sugar.

  2. Divide the whipped cream into two cups.

  3. Add vanilla to the hot coffee and pour over the whipped cream without stirring.

  4. Serve immediately.

French Hazelnut Coffee

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup French hazelnut coffee

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tsp each: ground cinnamon, cocoa powder

  • 4 tsp Turkish coffee

Method:

  1. Boil water in a pot, add Turkish coffee, and boil twice.

  2. Add the French hazelnut coffee, cinnamon, and sugar, stirring well.

  3. Let the coffee boil again, pour into large cups, and top with cocoa powder. Optional: add whipped cream.

French Coffee with Nescafé

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp French coffee

  • 1 tsp Nescafé

  • 1 can milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp raw cocoa powder

  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method:

  1. Heat milk and water until boiling, then add French coffee.

  2. Add cocoa powder and sugar, mix well until combined.

  3. Serve hot.

French Coffee with Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp French coffee

  • 2 tbsp powdered milk

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and powdered milk in boiling water.

  2. Heat on the stove, stirring until boiling.

  3. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

French Vanilla Coffee

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • 2–3 tbsp coffee whitener

  • 1 tbsp Nescafé

  • Mixed nuts: almonds, peanuts, or available nuts

  • ½ cup boiling water

Method:

  1. Melt ice cream on low heat.

  2. Chop nuts into small pieces.

  3. In a cup, combine coffee whitener, Nescafé, ice cream, and mix well.

  4. Add boiling water, stir, and pour into serving cups.

  5. Top with chopped nuts.

Coffee with Milk

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee

  • 4 dashes ground nutmeg

  • 1½ cups evaporated milk

  • Coffee ice cream

  • 4 tbsp frozen whipped cream (thawed)

Method:

  1. Heat ice cream with coffee and milk over low heat for 3 minutes.

  2. Pour into cups and top each with 1 tbsp whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Iced Coffee

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml black coffee

  • 50 ml milk

  • Ice cubes

  • Maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Cool the coffee completely, place in a blender.

  2. Add milk, ice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

Mocha Coffee

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot coffee

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

  • 2 tbsp milk

Method:

  1. Pour hot coffee into a cup.

  2. Add sugar, cocoa, and milk, stir well, and serve.

Coffee Shake

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coffee granules

  • Vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 2 tsp chocolate syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
