Steak Sauvage

This recipe highlights tender beef, grilled mushrooms, and a rich soy–butter emulsion, prepared in a traditional grilling style.

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin: 500 g (sliced into steaks)

  • Mixed grilled mushrooms: 1 cup

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce: ¼ cup

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp

Method

  1. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and part of the soy sauce. Let it marinate until well absorbed.

  2. Grill the steaks on a hot grill until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. Slice the meat into strips and place them in the center of the hot grill.

  4. Arrange the beef slices with the mushrooms on the sides, then pour the remaining soy sauce and butter emulsion over the meat.

  5. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavor.

Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
