Liquid Chili Sauce – A Spicy Flavor Booster

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6 people

Ingredients:

  • 500 g hot red chili peppers

  • 250 g tomatoes (chopped)

  • ¼ cup white vinegar

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a pot over medium heat, sauté the chili peppers and tomatoes until softened.

  2. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. In a bowl, combine the chili mixture with vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour the sauce into glass jars and store in a cool, dry place.
