Ingredients:

500 g hot red chili peppers

250 g tomatoes (chopped)

¼ cup white vinegar

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup vegetable oil

1½ tsp salt

¼ cup water
Instructions:

In a pot over medium heat, sauté the chili peppers and tomatoes until softened.

Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine the chili mixture with vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Pour the sauce into glass jars and store in a cool, dry place.
