Telegram has released version 12.0.0, introducing a wide range of new features designed to improve user experience on both Android and iOS platforms.
Key Features of the Update:
Add Music to Profiles: Users can now attach music tracks from chats directly to their profiles. Songs appear below the profile picture and automatically form a playlist with previously added tracks. To add music, users can tap "Add to Profile" from the media player or choose "Save to > Profile."
Set Default Tab: Users can select which tab (Saved Stories or Gift Collections) appears first when others visit their profile. This is set by long-pressing a tab in profile settings and choosing "Set as Main Tab."
Stickers Mini App: A new mini app dedicated to stickers allows users to create, manage sticker packs and emojis, and view usage statistics, expanding Telegram’s creative platform.
Redesigned Profile Interface on Android: The profile interface on Android has been completely redesigned with a modern layout and smooth scrolling animations, similar to the iOS design.
Gift-Linked Chat Themes: Collectible gifts unlock custom chat themes with animated backgrounds for one-on-one chats. Supported gifts include Pepes stuffed toys, Precious Peach, Dorof hats, and Heart Medals.
Gift Upgrades for Friends: Users can now use Stars to help friends upgrade gifts on their profiles. The upgradable filter shows eligible gifts, and a "Next Gift Upgrade" button allows multiple upgrades in succession. New animation effects have been added for gift upgrades.
Track Gift Value: The Gift Marketplace now shows the approximate resale price of gifts in a "Value" section. Users can expand this section for additional stats, including average resale prices of other gifts in the same collection.

These features are available now in Telegram version 12.0.0 and later. Android users can update via Google Play Store or download the APK from Telegram’s official website. iOS users can update via the App Store.
