Instructions

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Add the chicken pieces and jareesh, and stir the mixture for about 5 minutes.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, then cook on the stove for 1 hour until fully cooked.

Add the yogurt, cumin, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and chili pepper.
