Grilled Chicken Breast Marinade Recipe

Chicken is an excellent source of protein and essential minerals for the body, and chicken breasts are often used in various diet plans. Today, we bring you a simple and easy-to-make grilled chicken breast marinade recipe, which you can pair with sautéed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken breast

  • 1 lemon (juice)

  • 7 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, yogurt, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.

  2. Mix the ingredients well until they are fully blended. Then, add the chicken breasts to the marinade mixture and stir to coat the chicken thoroughly.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 4 hours to allow the chicken to absorb the flavors.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  5. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and arrange the marinated chicken breasts on the tray.

  6. Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally to ensure even browning on both sides.

  7. Once cooked, transfer the chicken breasts to a serving platter and serve hot.
