Easy Lazy Cake Recipe

Lazy cake is a delicious, no-bake dessert that’s easy to make and loved by both kids and adults. You can serve it in different shapes like cylindrical, rectangular, or circular—whatever suits your creativity! Here’s how to make it in the simplest way:

Ingredients (Serves 6):

  • Butter: 100 grams

  • Cocoa powder: 12 tablespoons

  • Cream: 3 packs

  • Chocolate: ½ cup (grated)

  • Plain tea biscuits: 4 packs (broken into pieces)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Butter:
In a pot over low heat, melt the butter, then add the cocoa powder. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined.

  2. Add the Cream and Chocolate:
In a separate bowl, add the cream, then pour the melted cocoa and butter mixture over it. Add the grated chocolate and stir everything together until well combined.

  3. Reserve Some Chocolate Sauce:
Save a small portion of the chocolate mixture for later decoration.

  4. Mix the Biscuits:
In another bowl, place the broken biscuits. Pour the chocolate mixture over them and mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.

  5. Shape and Chill:
Transfer the mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap and wrap it tightly. Place it in the fridge for at least 7 hours to set.

  6. Decorate and Serve:
Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and top the cake with the reserved chocolate sauce. Slice and serve cold.

Tips:

  • You can decorate the cake with nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor and crunch!
