Ingredients:
For the meat:

Ground beef: 250 grams (¼ kilo)

Onion: 1 (chopped)

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Coriander (ground): ¼ teaspoon

Paprika: ¼ teaspoon

Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons
For the salad:

Lettuce: 1 cup (sliced)

Fresh coriander: ¼ cup (chopped)

Red kidney beans: 1 cup (boiled)

Corn: 1 cup

Tomato: 1 cup (diced)

Salt: a pinch

Black pepper: a pinch

Avocado: 1 (diced)

Taco sauce: 2 tablespoons

Cheddar cheese: ½ cup

Tortilla bread: 4 pieces
Instructions:

To prepare the meat: heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chopped onion, and sauté until soft.

Add the ground beef and season with black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Stir well until the meat is cooked through.

Add the tomato sauce and let the mixture simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.

To prepare the tortilla cups: line muffin tins with tortilla bread and bake in a preheated oven until the bread becomes crisp and holds the shape of the tin.

To prepare the salad: layer the sliced lettuce and chopped coriander inside the tortilla cups.
