Ingredients:
For the Tahini Sauce:

Tahini: 4 tablespoons

Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons

Water: 1 cup
For the Stuffed Turnips:

Turnips: 2 kg

Rice: 1.5 cups (washed and drained)

Ground beef: 250 grams

Salt: to taste

Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon

Mixed spices: 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon

Red pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Vegetable oil: 8 tablespoons

Fresh coriander: 1/4 cup (chopped)

Garlic: 2 cloves (mashed)
Preparation Method:

Peel the turnips and hollow them out, keeping the scooped-out flesh aside.

In a deep bowl, mix the rice, ground beef, salt, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, red pepper, and mixed spices until well combined.

Stuff the hollowed turnips with the rice and meat mixture, then close the opening with the reserved turnip flesh.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the stuffed turnips until browned, then set aside.

In a deep pot over medium heat, heat 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the chopped coriander and garlic, and sauté briefly. Add the remaining turnip flesh and cook for a few minutes until it changes color.

Arrange the fried stuffed turnips on top of the turnip and coriander mixture in the pot. Cover with water and season with a pinch of salt.

Let it simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes until fully cooked.

To prepare the tahini sauce: in a separate bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth.

Pour the tahini sauce over the cooked stuffed turnips in the pot, stir gently, and let it boil for an additional 10 minutes.
