Crispy Zucchini Sticks with Cheese

Crispy zucchini sticks with cheese are a delicious appetizer that satisfies all tastes. They can be served alongside chicken, fish, or with a dipping sauce. This dish is easy to prepare and doesn’t require much time or effort.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini: 3 medium-sized (cut into sticks)

  • Olive oil: 1 cup (for frying) or vegetable oil

  • Parmesan cheese: 2 cups (grated)

  • Breadcrumbs: 3/4 cup

  • Salt: 1 teaspoon

  • Eggs: 2

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 ½ cups of grated Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl.

  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.

  3. Dip the zucchini sticks first in the beaten eggs, then coat them thoroughly in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium heat, then fry the zucchini sticks for about 3 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.

  5. Drain the zucchini sticks on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

  6. Place the crispy zucchini sticks on a serving plate, garnish with the remaining cheese, and serve.
