Classic Margherita Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams flour

  • 300 grams yogurt

  • 500 grams mozzarella cheese

  • 150 grams tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon yeast

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a stand mixer, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar, and mix well.

  2. Add the olive oil and yogurt, and continue mixing until the dough comes together. Let it rest for 20 minutes to rise.

  3. After the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal portions.
