Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes (with skin)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
