Grilled Chicken Steak for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken breast (fresh, skinless, boneless, and cut into thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the spices with the lemon juice, olive oil, and yogurt until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breast slices in the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for a more flavorful taste.
  4. Heat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the marinated chicken slices on the grill or in the skillet, cooking them until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken steak with a side of green salad or roasted vegetables for a healthy and delicious meal.
