Boiled egg and avocado toast is a light breakfast dish that can be prepared for a healthy and complete meal. It contains eggs, one of the best sources of protein, and avocado, which is rich in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons mashed avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of toasted bread
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red chili pepper
Instructions:
Boil the eggs in a pot of water over medium heat until it starts to boil, then reduce the heat and let them cook for about 8 minutes until fully cooked.
Peel the eggs once they cool, then slice them and season with salt, black pepper, and red chili pepper.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on one slice of toast, and then spread 2 tablespoons of mashed avocado on top.
Arrange the boiled egg slices over the avocado.
Repeat the process with the second slice of toast.
Place the boiled egg and avocado toast on a serving plate and serve.
