Instructions:
Grind the Peanuts:
Place the roasted and unsalted peanuts in a grinder or food processor. Turn it on and grind the peanuts until they become a powder-like consistency.
Add Olive Oil and Honey:
Add the extra virgin olive oil and honey to the ground peanuts.
Blend to a Smooth Consistency:
Continue blending the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the grinder occasionally to incorporate all the ingredients.
Serve:
Once the peanut butter reaches the desired consistency, transfer it to a jar or container. You can serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later use.
