Warm water: 1 cup
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the onion and sauté until it softens and turns translucent.
Add the beef pieces to the pot and stir until they change color.
Season with salt, black pepper, and mixed spices, and continue to stir to combine all the flavors.
Add the chopped bell pepper and grated tomato, then pour in the warm water.
