500 grams fish fillets (cut into long strips)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup breadcrumbs (ground)
2 tablespoons white flour
1 teaspoon rice flour
2 teaspoons rice flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation Method:

In a deep bowl, season the fish fillet strips well with salt, lemon juice, turmeric, crushed red chili, black pepper, chopped garlic, and ginger.
In another deep bowl, mix the white flour, rice flour, cornstarch, egg, and baking soda.
Dip the fish strips into the flour and egg mixture, then coat them in the ground breadcrumbs.
Place the coated fish fingers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the fish fingers lightly with a bit of oil.
