10-Minute Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
Noodles: 1 pack
Green Onion: 1 stalk (sliced)
Soy Sauce: ⅓ cup
Ginger: 1 tablespoon (fresh and grated)
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
Colorful Bell Pepper: 1 (sliced)
Mushrooms: 2 (sliced thinly)
Red Hot Pepper: 1 (optional)
Instructions:
In a wide pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and green onion, and sauté until the ingredients soften.
Add the sliced mushrooms and colorful bell pepper to the pan, stirring well to combine the vegetables.
Add the soy sauce, cover the pan, and let the vegetables simmer over low heat until they are tender.
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the water and add butter to the noodles, stirring to coat them.
Add the hot vegetable mixture to the noodles. Pour a bit of the reserved noodle water into the soup, adjusting the consistency as desired.
Serve the soup hot.
