Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets: 2 pieces

  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh parsley, chopped: 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh dill, chopped: 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped: 1 teaspoon

  • Basil: 1 teaspoon

  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic clove (optional), minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt: to taste

  • Black pepper: to taste

  • Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic (if using), lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
