Garlic Baguette Recipe


Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup butter (at room temperature)
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic with the butter, coriander, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of baguette.
  4. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the bread is toasted and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve the garlic bread hot in a serving dish.
