Ingredients:
2 cups full-fat milk
2 tbsp sahlab powder
Sugar (to taste)
2 tbsp grated dark chocolate
2 tsp cocoa powder
A pinch of ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Crushed nuts (for garnish, optional)
Preparation:
In a pot over medium heat, dissolve the full-fat milk, sugar, and sahlab powder.
Stir continuously until the sahlab powder dissolves completely and the mixture becomes smooth.
Add the grated chocolate and cocoa powder to the mixture. Keep stirring until the chocolate fully melts and the drink thickens to the desired creamy consistency.
Pour the hot sahlab into serving cups.
