Chocolate Granola for Weight Loss



This light and delicious chocolate granola is perfect for those following a diet plan. It's a healthy and unique treat that combines dried fruits, nuts, and oats, with a touch of chocolate for extra flavor.

Ingredients

2 cups oats
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup dried fruits
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, dried fruits, and chia seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients are well-coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the granola turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool.
Once cooled, add the chocolate chips and store the granola in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
