How to Prepare No-Bake Cheesecake
1. Make the Strawberry Sauce
Place the strawberries in a saucepan with the water, sugar, and cornstarch.
Let the mixture cook for about 60 minutes until hot and thickened.
Strain through a sieve and set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the Cream Filling
Whip the cream with the milk, canned cream, cream cheese, and lemon zest for about 4 minutes until thick and smooth.
3. Make the Crust
Grind the biscuits until fine.
Mix them well with the melted butter.
