Powdered sugar: ¾ cup
Egg yolks: 2

Salt: a pinch
For the filling:
Apricot jam (or strawberry jam) as needed
Coconut: ½ cup (finely shredded)
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough:In a deep bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until creamy and light in color.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla:Mix until well combined, then gradually add the flour and salt. Stir until you get a smooth and soft dough.
- Shape the petit fours:Take a small piece of dough and shape it into a star using a petit four press or a piping bag. Repeat until all the dough is used.
