  • Milk: 2 cups (low-fat)

  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons (raw, unsweetened)

  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons

  • Honey: 2 teaspoons

  • Vanilla: ½ teaspoon

  • Strawberries: 5 fresh strawberries, sliced or diced

  • Nuts: to taste (crushed, optional, for garnish)

Preparation Method

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the milk with the cocoa powder and cornstarch until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.

  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture begins to boil and thickens.

  3. Add the honey and vanilla, and stir well.

  4. Pour the pudding into small serving cups or bowls. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
